-17° C ce matin ! Et un grand beau soleil ! Sedna semble vouloir être clémente avec nous. D'autant que le vent souffle modérément du Sud, orientant l'étrave du Manguier dans la bonne direction, celle des forts vents de l'hiver.
Depuis hier soir, la mer a commencé à prendre autour de nous. Sorte de sorbet encore mouvant, brassée par une lointaine houle égarée dans la baie … Ce matin, surprise, joie, merveilleux cadeau: tout étincelle de mille paillettes autour du Manguier ! La glace se forme dans la baie ! Bonheur !

-17°C / 1.4°F this morning! And a bright sunshine. It seems Sedna wants to be mild with us. Moreover the wind is blowing moderately from the South, orientating the Manguier's bow in the right direction, that of the strong winter's winds.
Since yesterday evening the sea began to jam around us. Kind of a still moving sorbet, brewed by a faraway swell, lost in the bay … Surprise this morning, joy, wonderful gift: it's flickering everywhere, a thousand sparkles around the Manguier! Ice is taking shape in the bay! Yay!
